Mission Statement:

Airliners of America, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to the preservation, restoration, and flying display of America's airline heritage.

Our Goals:
  1. To preserve our nation's airline heritage.

  2. To preserve examples of our nation's classic airliners for future generations.

  3. To restore these aircraft to flying condition and display them to the public as flying museums for educational and historic purposes.

  4. To house these aircraft and other airline memorabilia in a world-class air museum.

Why?

Airlines are an indelible part of our nation's great industrial history. Airlines today provide safe and affordable transportation to millions of American citizens and have revolutionized transportation as we know it. Precious few examples of the airlines and airliners of yesteryear are preserved, and few historical tributes to the brave aviators, inflight-service staff, and support personnel who have devoted their careers to commercial air carrier aviation.

Current Projects:

The restoration of a 1952 Martin 404, N636X, was completed in March, 1997. This classic aircraft toured the air show circuit as the flagship for Airliners of America.
